His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11.11 of the Trade-marks Act, is pleased hereby to designate the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of sections 11.12 to 11.2 of that Act.
