Charges for Services Provided by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Regulations 2002

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to sections 23.1Footnote a and 38Footnote b of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions ActFootnote c, hereby makes the annexed Charges for Services Provided by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Regulations 2002.

Interpretation

 The words and expressions used in these Regulations have the same meaning as in the Bank Act, the Cooperative Credit Associations Act, the Insurance Companies Act, and the Trust and Loan Companies Act, as the case may be.

Charges

 The charge to be paid for the consideration by the Superintendent of an application to obtain a document described in column 1 of Schedule 1 or for any other service described in that column, is the amount set out in column 2.

 The charge to be paid for a service described in column 1 of Schedule 2 is the amount set out in column 2.

Coming into Force

 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
