Regulations Excluding Certain Indictable Offences from the Definition of “Designated Offence”

1 The indictable offences under the following Acts are excluded from the definition designated offence in subsection 462.3(1) of the Criminal Code:

• (a) [Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36]

• (b) [Repealed, SOR/2018-108, s. 391]

• (c) [Repealed, SOR/2010-74, s. 1]

• (d) and (e) [Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36]

• (f) Feeds Act;

• (g) Fertilizers Act;

• (h) Foreign Publishers Advertising Services Act;

• (i) Health of Animals Act;

• (j) [Repealed, 2010, c. 12, s. 36]

• (k) [Repealed, SOR/2018-108, s. 391]

• (l) Nuclear Safety and Control Act, except for the indictable offence under section 50;

• (m) Plant Protection Act;

• (m.1) Safe Food for Canadians Act; and

• (n) Seeds Act.
