Marginal note:Reinstatement

25 The General Manager or compliance panel, as the case may be, shall reinstate the rights of a member that have been suspended under subparagraph 16(1)(d) if the member applies for reinstatement and the conditions for reinstatement referred to in that paragraph have been met.
