• 104 (1) Any document adduced as evidence shall be filed at the hearing with a copy for the Chairperson or the adjudicator, as the case may be, for each party, each intervenor and, if notice to the Canadian Human Rights Commission is given under subsection 210(1), 217(1) or 222(1) of the Act, for the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
