The following provision is not in force.
25 (1) No person shall possess a live brook trout or live lake trout caught by angling from Lake Nipigon and its tributaries.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), paragraph 31(3)(c) and sections 38 and 42, Lake Nipigon and its tributaries include the waters described in item 3, column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 4.
