The following provision is not in force.
43 No person who is fishing under a commercial fishing licence or a commercial baitfishing licence shall fish for, or catch and retain, a species of fish set out in column 2 of Schedule 7 or 8 as the case may be, in the waters set out in column 1 during the close time set out in column 3.
