Marginal note:Delegation to panel

  • 2 (1) The Commission may delegate to a panel consisting of three or more commissioners its powers of review and approval under section 31 of the Act.

  • Marginal note:Designation of commissioners

    (2) The commissioners of that panel must be designated by the Chief Commissioner.
