Designated Public Office Holder Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 2(1)Footnote a and paragraph 12(c.1)Footnote b of the Lobbying ActFootnote c, hereby makes the annexed Designated Public Office Holder Regulations.

The following provision is not in force.

 For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition designated public office holder in subsection 2(1) of the Lobbying Act, the positions and classes of positions set out in the schedule are designated as positions occupied by a designated public office holder.

The following provision is not in force.

 These Regulations come into force on July 2, 2008.
