Marginal note:Exception — various entities

8 Subsection 3(1) and paragraph 5(a) do not apply to an activity that is intended solely for the support of

• (a) AMISOM;

• (b) the strategic partners of AMISOM operating solely in the context of activities referred to in Security Council Resolution 2111;

• (c) United Nations personnel, including personnel of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM); or

• (d) the European Union Training Mission in Somalia (EUTM).
