The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Indian ActFootnote ^a, hereby makes the annexed Order Exempting Bands from the Operation of Section 32 of the Indian Act.

1 All bands and their members in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta are exempt from the operation of section 32 of the Indian Act.

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
