CCOFTA Rules of Origin Regulations
Version of section 1 from 2011-08-15 to 2023-03-08:
1 The following provisions of the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Colombia, signed on November 21, 2008, have the force of law in Canada:
(a) Articles 301 to 305;
(b) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 306;
(c) Articles 307 to 315;
(d) Article 318; and
(e) Annex 301.
