Marginal note:Organic solvents — balloon-blowing kits
24 A toy that is intended for use by a child to blow balloons must not contain any aromatic, aliphatic or other organic solvent if the solvent or any vapour coming from the solvent may be released directly into the mouth during or as a result of the normal use of the toy.
