• 5 (1) A person may use, sell or offer for sale a product containing a toxic substance set out in item 11 or 12 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 if the product was manufactured or imported before March 14, 2013.

  (2) A person may use, sell or offer for sale a product containing the toxic substance set out in item 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 1, with the molecular formula C₁₂H_(10-n)Br_nO in which n=10, if the product was manufactured or imported before the day on which this subsection comes into force.
