Marginal note:Maximum number of members

• 10 (1) The Stakeholder Advisory Council is to be made up of no more than 20 individuals, of which at least one but no more than two must be elected directors of the Association.

• Marginal note:Composition — criteria

  (2) The Council must include

  • (a) at least 12 members who represent users, of which at least two must represent consumers, at least one must represent the retail sector, at least one must represent the federal government, at least one must represent a provincial government and at least one must represent the treasury and cash management services sector; and

  • (b) at least one member who represents payment service providers.
