6 For the purposes of subparagraph 17(2)(a)(iii.1) of the Act, the following listed provinces are prescribed:
(a) Ontario;
(b) New Brunswick;
(c) Manitoba;
(d) Saskatchewan;
(e) Yukon; and
(f) Nunavut.
