His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 261(4) of the Canada Business Corporations Act, is pleased hereby to determine that the Canada Development Corporation need not apply for a certificate of continuance under subsection 261(3) of the said Act.
