His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce, pursuant to sections 4 and 6 of the Export and Import Permits Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the Area Control List, C.R.C., c. 600 and to establish the annexed Area Control List in substitution therefor.
