33 (1) No person shall undertake any underwater activities in a Park unless he or she first places a diver’s marker in the vicinity of the dive site so that the marker is clearly visible to vessel operators.

(2) Every person who operates a vessel in the vicinity of a diver’s marker referred to in subsection (1) shall proceed with due caution and at a slow speed.
