45.3 Where the quantity of herring permitted to be taken by means of a vessel using mobile gear is specified as a condition of a licence, the master of the vessel that operates under that licence shall, before commencing a herring fishing trip, accurately record in the appropriate part of that licence the weight of all herring landed from the previous herring fishing trip, including any herring taken by that master but landed from another fishing vessel.
