C. Code Indicating Type

3Type CA program the spoken word content of which is in French or English and that is directed toward a distinct ethnic group the mother tongue of which is included in Type A
4Type DA bilingual program the spoken word content of which is in French or English as well as a language other than French, English or a language of the aboriginal peoples of Canada and that is directed toward a distinct ethnic group
5Type EA program the spoken word content of which is in French or English and that is directed toward ethnic groups or the general public and that depicts Canada’s cultural diversity through services that are multicultural, cross-cultural or inter-cultural
6Type XWhere the licensee is not required by a condition of licence to broadcast prescribed levels of Type A, B, C, D or E programming, an ethnic program.
