Esquimalt Graving Dock Regulations
Version of section 36.1 from 2010-04-01 to 2018-09-25:
36.1 Commencing on April 1, 2015, and annually thereafter on that day, the dock charges for the previous year will be increased, to the nearest cent, by the amount determined by the following formula:

- is the average of the Government of Canada benchmark 10 year bond yields as published monthly by the Bank of Canada for the first 6 months of the previous calendar year, and
- B
- is equal to 1%.
