26 No holder of a licence set out in a part of Schedule XI shall engage in sport fishing for or catch and retain a fish of a species set out in Column I of an item thereof by means of the gear set out in Column II of that item from the waters set out in Column III of that item during the close time set out in Column IV of that item.
