Version of section 27 from 2006-03-22 to 2007-12-31:
27 No person shall engage in sport fishing during the period from sunset to sunrise unless the person
(a) is angling;
(b) is fishing by means of a bait-fish trap;
(c) is fishing for smelt by means of a dip-net or a seine; or
(d) is fishing for lake herring or lake whitefish by means of a dip net.
