25 (1) Subject to the approval of the client’s attending physician, a client may perform light duties in a departmental facility as part of the therapeutic program of the client.

(2) Where light duties are performed by a client in accordance with subsection (1), a gratuity may be paid to the client where it is appropriate in the circumstances.
