Regulations Prescribing Certain Diseases as Reportable Diseases

The Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Health of Animals ActFootnote *, hereby makes the annexed Regulations prescribing certain diseases as reportable diseases.

Short Title

 These Regulations may be cited as the Reportable Diseases Regulations.

Reportable Diseases

 The diseases set out in the schedule are prescribed as reportable diseases for the purpose of section 2 of the Health of Animals Act.
