His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Secretary of State for External Affairs, pursuant to section 4.1Footnote ^* of the Export and Import Permits Act, is pleased hereby to establish the Automatic Firearms Country Control List in accordance with the schedule hereto.
