18 For the purpose of paragraph 660.2(4)(b) of the Act, the specified quantity of oil in respect of which the operator of a designated oil handling facility shall have an arrangement with a certified response organization is, for any operation, the total quantity of oil scheduled to be transhipped, to a maximum of 10,000 t.
