Version of section 511.09 from 2006-03-22 to 2009-11-30:
511.09 An applicant for a type certificate in respect of an aircraft shall conduct function and reliability test flights for the aircraft categories specified in Chapter 511 of the Airworthiness Manual and demonstrate compliance with the standards specified in that Chapter.
