516.02 The standards respecting the prevention of intentional fuel venting applicable to the issuance of a type certificate in respect of a turbine-powered aircraft, or for a change to a type certificate to record the approval of an additional model of the aircraft, are those specified in Chapter 516 of the Airworthiness Manual.
