1 The definitions in this section apply in this Permit.

Export Controls Division

Export Controls Division means the Export Controls Division of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. (Direction des contrôles à l’exportation)

Guide

Guide has the same meaning as in section 1 of the Export Control List. (Guide)

toxic chemicals and precursors

toxic chemicals and precursors means the goods referred to in Group 7 of the schedule to the Export Control List that are described in any of items 7003 to 7006 of the Guide and subitems 10, 14, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 53 of item 7011 of the Guide.
