His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 132(1)(g) of the Customs TariffFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Designating Certain Countries for the Purposes of Tariff Item No. 9810.00.00, 1999-1.
