His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Agricultural Marketing Programs ActFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed Ranch-raised Fur Pelts Designation Regulations.

Designation
1 For the purposes of the Agricultural Marketing Programs Act, ranch-raised fur pelts are designated as a crop.
Coming into Force
2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
