Version of section 28 from 2006-03-22 to 2008-12-11:
28 A management proxy circular that is sent to the Director shall be submitted with a statement, signed by a director or an officer, that a copy of the circular has been sent to each director and shareholder whose proxy is solicited and to the auditor of the cooperative.
