Version of section 34 from 2006-03-22 to 2008-12-11:
34 A proxy circular shall be dated as of a date not more than 30 days before the date on which it is first sent to a shareholder of the cooperative and the information, other than financial statements, required to be contained in it shall be given as of the date of the circular.
