Version of section 58 from 2006-03-22 to 2024-09-09:
58 For the purposes of section 25.1 of the Act, a contributor may make an election to reduce the amount of the contributor’s annuity not later than one year after the later of
(a) the day on which this section comes into force, and
(b) the day on which the contributor and the spouse are married.
