Marginal note:Conditions

45 The importation, advertising or sale of a corrosive product that is classified in the sub-category “very corrosive” under section 41 is prohibited unless the product is set out in column 1 of the table to this section and meets the conditions set out in column  2.

CONDITIONS FOR IMPORTING, ADVERTISING OR SELLING VERY CORROSIVE PRODUCTS

  • (a) displays the information set out in the table to subsection 46(1); and
