The following provision is not in force.
20 No non-resident shall catch and retain in any one day
(a) fish of a species or combination of species set out in column 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 3 as specified for the type of licence set out in column 1 from the waters set out in column 2 in an amount that exceeds the quota or of a size that does not comply with the size limit set out in column 4; or
(b) more than two walleye or sauger in the aggregate if
(i) both walleye and sauger are from the waters described in items 2 and 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 3, or
(ii) one walleye or sauger is from the waters described in item 1 of Part 4 of Schedule 3 and the other walleye or sauger is from the waters described in items 2 and 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 3.
