The following provision is not in force.
21 No non-resident shall catch and retain in any one day or possess more fish of a species set out in column 3 of Part 5 of Schedule 3 as specified for the type of licence set out in column 1 from the waters set out in column 2 in an amount that exceeds the quota or of a size that does not comply with the size limit set out in column 4.
