3 These Regulations do not apply in respect of

• (a) a drug that is for veterinary use only;

• (b) a drug that is a natural health product; or

• (c) a drug that is the subject of an extraordinary use new drug submission filed under section C.08.002.01 of the Food and Drug Regulations or of an abbreviated extraordinary use new drug submission filed under section C.08.002.1 of those Regulations.
