Reporting of Imported Goods Regulations

12.1 The person in charge of a corporate aircraft or a private aircraft shall give advance notice of the time and place of its arrival in Canada and a description of any goods, including their value and quantity, carried on board the aircraft to an officer by telephone at a designated customs office at least two but no more than 48 hours before arriving in Canada.
