Pari-Mutuel Betting Supervision Regulations

65 (1) At the end of each period of operation of its pari-mutuel system, the association shall add together any overages occurring in races held during that period of operation and the resulting sum shall then be added to a future pool.

(2) Where overages are to be added to a pool, they shall be added to the net pool.

(3) An association shall add all money resulting from an overage to a pari-mutuel pool, not later than one year after the day on which the overage was incurred.
