591.01 (1) Subject to subsection (2), a person who, by these Regulations, is required to report a service difficulty shall submit a report

• (a) in respect of each occurrence of a service difficulty; and

• (b) in the form and manner, and within the period, specified in Chapter 591 of the Airworthiness Manual.

(2) A service difficulty report required pursuant to paragraph (1)(a) is not required in respect of an occurrence of a service difficulty that has been reported pursuant to this Subpart by another person or organization.
