Marginal note:Notice of determination of common questions

299.35 If, in a class action, common questions of law or fact are determined in favour of the class or a subclass, the representative plaintiff for the class or subclass shall give notice to the members of the class or subclass in accordance with the directions of a judge in respect of the contents of the notice and the means of giving notice.
