Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Treasury Board Secretariat to the Department of Public Works and Government Services the control and supervision of those portions of the public service in the Chief Information Officer Branch of the Treasury Board Secretariat known as
(a) GOL Analysis,
(b) Gateways and Clusters,
(c) GOL Assistant Secretary’s Office,
(d) Service Delivery Improvement Division,
(e) Secure Channel Client Engagement and Secure Channel Project Management Office,
(f) Organizational Readiness Division, and
(g) Communications and Public Relations,
effective December 12, 2003.
