Order Prescribing the Fees To Be Paid for Registration under a Program Established Pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act
The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act and Order in Council P.C. 1984-398 of 2 February 1984Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid for registration under a program established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation ActFootnote **.

Short Title
1 This Order may be cited as the Program Registration Fees Order.
Fees
2 The fees payable by a person who applies
(a) to register in a Field Sampling Program, or
(b) for registration in an Analytical Program
established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act shall be as follows:
(c) Field Sampling Program
$250, and(d) Analytical Program, per laboratory
250.
