Order Respecting the Delegation of Powers Conferred on the Minister of National Revenue by Sections 131 to 133 of the Customs Act

The Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 134 of the Customs ActFootnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order respecting the delegation of powers conferred on the Minister of National Revenue by sections 131 to 133 of the Customs Act, effective on the day that the Customs ActFootnote *, other than paragraph 99(1)(b), subsections 99(2) to (4) and sections 192 to 194 thereof, comes into force.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Customs) Order.

General

 The officers named in the schedule may exercise the powers conferred on the Minister of National Revenue by sections 131 to 133 of the Customs Act.
