  2. British Columbia Hog Order - SOR/90-158

    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to section 2 of the Agricultural Products Marketing Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order granting authority to the British Columbia Hog Marketing Commission to regulate the marketing of hogs produced in British Columbia in interprovincial and export trade.


  3. British Columbia Hog Order - SOR/90-158 (Section 3)

     The Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade and for those purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated in British Columbia, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by the Board under the Natural Products Marketing (BC) Act of British Columbia in relation to the marketing of hogs locally within British Columbia.
