4 An instalment provided for in subsection 6(5) of the Act shall be computed on the basis of the Canadian Life Table No. 2 (1941), Males or Females, as the case may be, in the Life Tables for Canada and Regions, 1941 and 1931, published in 1947 by the Dominion Bureau of Statistics of the Department of Trade and Commerce, with interest at the rate of four per cent per annum.
