His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 60.3(3)Footnote * of the Customs Tariff, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order specifying limits on the aggregate quantity of goods set out in subsection 60.3(2) of the Customs Tariff that are entitled to the benefit of the Mexico Tariff, effective on the day on which section 130 of An Act to implement the North American Free Trade Agreement, being chapter 44 of the Statutes of Canada, 1993, comes into force.
